K体育 University’s will host Atlanta鈥檚 nationally acclaimed during their 2017-18 season.
The Alliance is taking its 49th season on the road to multiple venues around the city while their current theater space at the Woodruff Arts Center undergoes a complete renovation.
“As Brookhaven鈥檚 premier arts venue, the Conant Performing Arts Center promises to be an ideal 鈥榟ome away from home鈥 for the Alliance,鈥 said K体育’s President Larry Schall. 鈥淥ur ongoing partnership with the Alliance helps to provide exceptional arts education for our students and the community, while bringing world-class theater to North Atlanta.”
K体育 will host two Alliance productions during the season:

Based on the screenplay by Marc Norman and Tom Stoppard.听Adapted for the stage by Lee Hall.听Music by Paddy Cunneen.听Shakespeare in Love is a new play based on the 1998 film that won seven Academy Awards庐 including Best Picture. Georgia Shakespeare Artistic Director Richard Garner directs this love letter to William Shakespeare in his company鈥檚 former home at K体育 University.
In addition to K体育’s Conant Performing Arts Center, other venue partners for the Alliance鈥檚 2017/18 season include the Fulton County Southwest Arts Center, Porter Sanford III Performing Arts & Community Center, the Marcus Jewish Community Center of Atlanta, the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre, Actor鈥檚 Express, Spelman College, Dad鈥檚 Garage, Atlanta Symphony Hall, Atlanta Botanical Garden, Atlanta History Center, and The Galloway School.
